How to draw Ultra Chibis

Draw a simple circle for the head and then draw a rounded triangle for the body.

Fill in the chin and the rounded arms and legs, then draw the eyes on the line and the mouth

Fill in the clothes, hair, and any other embellishments you want to add.

Outline it with lines of varying thickness, then color it and you're done!
