Draw the facial guidelines. Using these guidelines, start making the outline of the face.

Start making the eyes. The horizontal guideline will be where the base of the eyes are. Also make the creases of the eyelids, and the beginnings of a pupil.

Now add detailing to the eyes and make eyebrows.

Next, make the nose and mouth. Now is the time I erased my guidelines, but you're welcome to keep them for as long as you like!

Now for the hair. In this step, I made the bangs, or just the front part of the hair.

Now do the back part of the hair. This person I chose to do had long hair. Now would also be a good time to make the neck.

Add detailing, and shading. The more lines you add in the hair, the more realistic it would look.
