How to Draw a Pink Unicorn

We will start off like we always do and that is with some guidelines and shapes to create the workale framework for our unicorn.

Using the head and facial guides you will draw out the actual shape of the unicorn's head and then the snout. Add the beginning shapes for the eyes and nose as well as the defined line for the nose.

Now draw the large pointed ears and add definition inside those as well. You will then draw out the large, chibi like eye and make sure the upper lid lining is nice and thick and bold. Color in the pupil, draw out the horn and add textured lining.

Working on the body next. Draw the shape and form of the neck and from the base of the neck you will draw the small chibi sized body. This should include all the limbs and the hooves. Notice the pose or position the unicorn's body is in.

We will draw in the wings next which turns this unicorn into a pegasus.

Then finally a nice long flowing tail is to be drawn in next. Add texture to the tail as well and then erase your mistakes and guides.

And that is it. You can color in this unicorn pink, or purple or whatever color you'd like.

Today I will go back to my roots and do another unicorn drawing tutorial but this time I will show you how to draw a pink unicorn, step by step. I don't know if you can really call this a pink unicorn because in the end it is really up to the artist who is following this lesson to decide whether or not to color in their end product pink, white, blue purple and so on. I was going to title this drawing tutorial how to draw a cute unicorn because I know it is very cute, but in the end I called it by what it is and that is pink unicorn. Although, I must say some people will say it is a pegasus and some will say it's a unicorn with wings. Whatever the case may be one thing is certain, it's definitely going to be fun to tackle and draw.
