First, let's begin with the guidelines to set a basis for the future design of the bull logo. This logo has a cartoony appearance similar to the 80s toons like Tom and Jerry. Sketch these guides accurately in order to proportion the drawing easily.

2

Then, we will work on the outer base shape for the Bulls logo. Try to make sure each side of the face shape is even with one another.

3

Next, it's time to sketch the facials and the careful thick details that surround the eyes and forehead. Keep the lower area open for further definition of the snout.

4

Sketch in the snout and thick nostrils that cover the frontal area of the mouth. Take careful observations to where it should be placed evenly and proportionately.

5

Lastly, draw the horns with definition of the tip.

6

With further reworking of your lines, you should have something similar to this. Go ahead and take a black marker or pencil and trace over your drawing to get a similar line thickness shown above. Thanks for viewing this lesson and good luck!

Description: As you may have noticed I’ve been making and submitted lessons on sports related stuff that I think some of you sports nuts would enjoy. Today I have another logo for you, but instead of baseball or football, I decided that a logo from a very popular basketball team would be appreciated right about now. Up next, I will show you "how to draw the Chicago Bulls", step by step or the Chicago Bulls logo. The logo consists of a simple bull head concept that is colored in red, has white horns with red tips on each point of the horn, and the expression on the bull’s face suggests ruthless, and unstoppable. I guess one of the most talked about players that is responsible for making the Bulls so well-known is Michael Jordan. Michael Jordan joined the Chicago Bulls back in 1984, and he played steadily until 1993. Now the Chicago Bulls was founded by Dick Klein back in 1966. The founder, Mr. Klein was actually a professional basketball player in his day as he once played for the Chicago Gears. Once 1970 rolled around the Chicago Bulls where being recognized as a strong, well rounded team that had a good defensive strategy as well as having one of the best defensive player known as Jerry Sloan. The Chicago Bulls mascot, (the bull), contains the three colors of the team, red, white, and black. When the team is at home playing a game they wear an all white ensemble with shorts that have red outer lining or trim, and when they are away, their gear is all red with a white striped lining around the outer parts of the shorts. Anyways, the bull shouldn’t be that hard to draw, and if you have any suggestions as to what other sports logo’s you would like to see, just let me know and I will see what I can do about filling the request. In the meantime have fun and be sure to rate, comment, and fav. Peace out people!
