Step 1. Now, firstly, let start with the base thing, before we start to the drawing! As you see, the scene style is a part, kind of emo style too. What's the difference then? Really hard to formulate this, but the main difference would be, that the scene style have a lot of color and extra thing, ornament. As if you see, the base emo style have a lot of dark, black, grey part, but in the scene is not okay. They've got a really colorful, and eye-catching style, mainly in the hair-styles. Step 2. Firstly, as the girl's hair have the most of style, we start with them. You can see here a lot of hairstyle, but these are just examples, of course, they have more style, than these. The most important thing, that they need to be colorful, and extreme.
Step 3. Now, the next turn is the scene boy's hair. They've got a lot of hairstyle too, and the limit is only depend from the creativity, and eyecatching, extreme ideas. They need to colorful and extreme too, and as you see, the boy's hair got a little (sometimes not little) feminime touch.
Step 4. Now, we are here before we will start the tutorial drawing, as the extras, and hair ornament are really important in the scene style. As the hair, the ornaments are need to be colorful, girly, and sometimes kitsch too. As the hair style, they are don't have limits too, just the person's creativity, and ideas. Here you only see some example, and hint, that you can start to draw the ornaments, extras too.

Step 7. The next is a little step, as you need to draw the eyebrow. Easy, right?
Step 8. Now, draw the eyes mainly lines, under the eyebrow. It's easy, because you only need to draw one eye, just be careful, that don't draw the eye too near the nose line, or too back.
Step 9. Nooow, the next is the iris base form, and this is the last main part of the eye. And the next is the lines and form of the upper lips of the mouth.
Step 10. Now draw little lines for the eyes, and the ala of the nose line (this is the finish part of the nose), and draw the downer lips of the mouth.
Step 11. Draw the pupils and the light of the eyes, and for the final part, draw the eyelash, and the teeth too. The last of the face is the extra step, when you need to draw the piercings for the nose, and the downer piercing.
