How to Draw Girls Faces, Girl Faces
Step 1. What's the different on the little girl face-teenager face- and an adult woman face? It's a really hard question, but here some hint, that how you can show on your picture, how old are your character. So, the size of the eyes's form is always same, it isn't changing, when a girl grown up. But a little girl's face is rounded, and when she grown up, her face shape is (generally) changing to an oval form. A child's nose is snub, and her mouth is more smaller. When a teenager grown up, the size of their face parts doesn't changing, but she has a more characteristic face (and of course, more furrow too).
Step 2. So, after the anatomy and differents, here the character development from the child to the teenager girl on the left side. It's just some examples, that you can imagine how you need to follow these things on your character.
BUT! Theye developments are not generally things. As you can see in the right side, I swap the teenager faces. Why? When you see these developments don't you see, that these have got more interesting life stories? Yes, of course! Because why changing a "princess little girl" to a punk teenager? Maybe she has got a shocked memory? So, don't you need to follow the general things. If you want an interesting story for your character, turn everything from up to down! :)
Step 3. Here some example for the really childish emotions, because the child don't have a face like a statue. They are always moving and turn round and round, so they have a really truly and continuous mimicry.
Step 4. If you don't know what kind of hair-style, what the little girls wear, you can see some example here.
Step 5. Here some extra for the little girls extras. You need to know, that they are really like the colorful, bright things, what they are like to wear too.
Step 6. If you don't know, what kind of hair show the real teenager's personality, here some example. You know, this is the time in people's life, when the teenagers have got a really unruly time. So, most of them wear hair-styles, what unruly or/and fashionable too.
Step 7. And the last part of the extra pages, the teenager extra things. As i wrote to the hair-styles, it's true here too. The teenager's extra things are unruly and fashionable, but they are try to show their personality too. This is the time, when the teenagers try to find themselves, so you can see on their extra things and wear too.
Step 8. Let's start the "How to draw a girl face" part! Now, start to draw the base lines. This is helpful, that you can draw the base form of the face. Draw the main axis-lines of the face, the eyebrows-line, the eyes-line, the nose-line and the mouth-line.
Step 9. Draw the shape of her face and starting the front hair line. Draw the eyebrows too, this is the start of the face drawing.
Step 10. Now, draw the base form of the eyes. They are not have circle form and not oval form, they are more like two almond.
Step 11. Draw the iris form of eyes, and start the main lines of the nose and of the mouth too!
Step 12. You can draw now the two main line of the mouth (the up and the down part's line) and the nostril part of the nose.
Step 13. Finish the nose and draw a little line as the eyelids.
Step 14. Okay, now, you are here the eyedrawing's finish step. You can draw now the pupil in the middle of iris, and some light circle. These circles are important, because these give a life for the eyes.
Step 15. Draw the neck line and the the hair's front line too, what on the neck.
Step 16. You can start the next part, draw the main base line of the hair. In my picture the girl's hair is dishevelled a little bit.
Step 17. This is the finish step of your girl face drawing: Draw the hair lines, details in the hair's base form, try to give a dishevelled feeling to the hair.
Step 18. You are done! Now go, and color her, as you want. I really enjoy to draw this tutorial, I hope, you like it too. Great work, guys!
