In this step we will be making the base of the joker’s huge head. We will do this by making the outline shape of his face. This should be an easy step for you to complete. In the center of the face make a few guidelines to help guide you to proport

In this step we will start drawing the features of our dark Joker’s face. As most people who seen the Dark Knight know is that the Joker has scars on the sides of his mouth from his psycho father. His dad cut the sides of his mouth with a knife aft

In this fun and epic step we will begin by fleshing out the separate details to the hairs. This is very difficult for me because I have temptations to make the hairs end up looking like scribbles. Make sure you make your hair curly and not straight.

In this last and mediocre step we will start off by drawing all the little details to his suit. This includes his tie, the jacket of the suit, and the shirt beneath the jacket. This step is seriously my favorite part because we are going to shade th

Description: Well for this last tutorial of the day I will be submitting a sketch that I am very proud of. I'm sure almost all of you are familiar with the film Dark Knight starring Heath Ledger and Christian Bale. Well I have been dying to see this flick in the theaters and with every attempt, I fail. So out of despair and feeling frustrated I watched a couple of movie clips on Youtube. I saw three different trailers and like two spoiler clips that were maybe like 3 minutes long. I have to tell you, everything that they are saying about this movie is right on point from what I can see. Heath Ledger did an awesome job with this role. He truly is a classic villain that is dark to the core. His performance from what I can see is a combination between being disturbing and bone chilling, to cleaver and believable. The sad thing is, Heath Ledger past away before he knew what people thought of the role that made this mediocre actor into one of the great and memorable actors of all time. After seeing what I saw even if for only 10 minutes, I was inspired to spend three hours on a portrait like drawing with a paint quality. I used an image I found online from a reporting website that writes different articles on actors and movie reviews since I don’t have a poster as of yet. I was mesmerized when I seen that clip from the movie. As a matter of fact my mother, my father, and I are going to the theaters this weekend to finally see it. I can’t wait. It feels like Friday will never come. It’s almost like waiting for the bell to ring in school in your last period for the day. That anxiety you feel like you want to jump from your seat on the last day of the week when your sitting there while your teacher is talking, whom which by the way sounds like Charlie Browns teacher in the peanuts movies. You know how she makes that “wha, wha” sound. Any way, I am fond of this tutorial and I know you will appreciate the detail and realism to it. I hope you have fun learning how to draw the Joker from Dark Knight step by step. I will see all my peps tomorrow with some more fun filled tutorials. Peace out folks and draw your little hearts out.
