How to Draw a Chibi Character

First start out with your basic body structure. Make sure the head isn't a complete circle and that the lower part is more flattened for the base of the face.

Now you can draw in her stripy socks, arm bands, collar and her cute little biker shorts. This step is pretty easy, just make sure to keep the lines curved so it looks like the clothes are being worn by the chibi instead of just plastered on.
