Are you ready to tackle this brand new tutorial on how to draw a witch? Good, let's get started then. Start by making the shape of her head, and then add the guidelines for her face, hat, neck, shoulders, arms, torso, legs, and broom.

2

Now you begin sketching out the shape of her face like so, and then draw in her eyelids and lashes. Next, make the shape of her neck and incorporate that same lining to form her shoulders, left arm, and entire upper body including her waist and butto

The further you get with this tutorial, your witch will start looking like, a witch. Finish drawing out her pretty big eyes, and then add a nose and the top lining of her lip. Make a line for the top of her dress, and then draw out her right arm and

You will now begin drawing out her hat first, and then sketch out her long, wavy hair like so. Draw in her bottom lip, and then begin the process of her left hand. Finish drawing her legs, boots, and feet, and then add the line for her boots, and det

Finish sketching out her hair, and then her hat. Notice how her hat crinkles the further it goes up? That is the look you are going for. When that's done, cap it off with a bell of some sorts and then draw out her left hand completely. Add some detai

The last thing to do is draw out her broom stick, and be sure to cap it off with some dense bristles. Erase the lines and shapes you drew in step one.

Look how pretty she came out looking. All you have to do now is color her in and that's it. I do hope you had fun drawing this witch that you can use for Halloween.

Description: Okay guys here’s the dilemma, I was looking through my witches category, and I was completely shocked to find that there is not one good lesson on a decent witch. The witches I do have listed in the category where drawn years ago, which means I have to upload another tutorial on "how to draw a witch", step by step. I actually have two versions of this female figure, and this is the first of the two. I’ve decided to upload a pretty, good witch, and of course your typical ugly, wart nosed witch. This tutorial is going to be really easy to tackle, and the best part is, when you’re done, you will have an awesome drawing of a beautiful, friendly looking witch. She sort of reminds me of the female character from Bewitched, and one of the Monster High girls. The idea of the Monster High characters, is what inspired me for her design. I mean, even though we where brought up with stories and tales on how witches where green in color, had nasty huge warts all over their faces, and wore black gowns, and black pointed hats, there is always room to make up your own witch creation so that the old tales, turn into new tales. After all, wasn’t there a good witch in The Wizard of Oz? Anyways, you should get a kick out of this lesson because you will be able to "draw a witch" like never before. I will meet you guys back here in a few with the other witch tutorial so stick around to see how it came out. Adios people!
