Hanna-Barbera is responsible for many, many awesome cartoon series, and characters that has been grazing the television, and sometimes computer screens for years. Today, I will be uploading a new character from the Hanna-Barbera family, and that lesson is called “how to draw Snagglepuss", step by step. The reason why I chose Snagglepuss as a character, is because there is a new movie coming out called Yogi Bear, and this cat is going to be in the film. The movie is said to be released sometime this year, and to tell you the truth, I can't wait to see the previews for it. The flick is supposed to be about how Yogi and Boo Boo struggle to find a way to save Jellystone Park from being shut down due to a decision that was made by the selfish, Mayor Brown. Yogi and Boo Boo team up with Ranger Smith to try and work as a team to keep the park open. As for Snagglepuss, I heard tell that he was supposed to be making an appearance in the flick, and I hope this story is true because he is such an awesome animated character. One of his distinctive sayings is “Exit, stage left!”, and this is one of the best things that Snagglepuss says. Everyone knows he is a wild cat of some sorts right? Well, have you ever wondered what type of cat he is? After careful research, I found out that Snagglepuss is a pink colored mountain lion that only walks on his hind legs. Another cool catch phrase he is known for saying is “Heavens to Murgatroyd!”. If you are familiar with this character, then you should like this tutorial that will show you how easy it is to "draw Snagglepuss", step by step. Remember to draw in his classy cuffs, and black bow tie collar to add a tad of sophistication to your Hanna-Barbera character. I have to go once again, but I promise I will return real soon. Peace out friends, and have a happy drawing day!
