How to Draw Chibi Generator Rex

Since this chibi version is going to be practically all head, the shape you will draw needs to be the largest of the whole drawing. Once that shape is done, you can add the facial guidelines, and then the lines for the body like so.

Okay, you will draw the shape of chibi Rex's face and his hair by using the same continuous line. Once this is done, you can proceed on to step three.

Okay, use the facial guidelines to draw out the shapes of the thick eyelids, and then his eyes. After that, you can draw out his hair line, and then draw out his goggles.

Now you can draw and color in his thick angry looking eyebrows, and mouth. After that, draw the lining that separates the glass and plastic on the goggles. When that is done, you can begin drawing out the sleeves, and jacket.

Okay, now draw out the cuffs on his wrist, and then draw out his hand or fist. When that is done, you can draw out his leg, and then move to step six.

Next, and lastly all you have to do is draw out his ear, and then add some detailing lines on the jacket sleeve. Erase the lines and shapes that you drew in step one to clean up your drawing.

Well, this is it, you are all done drawing out this chibi version of Generator Rex. Color him in and that's it.

Description: This time I will be uploading another chibi lesson that has been long awaited by a member on Dragoart.com, and here it is for you all to enjoy and learn from. I will now show you "how to draw chibi Generator Rex", step by step. This is by far an awesome character that is not only cool, but very much like Ben Tennyson as well. Like Ben, Rex is able to be stronger then what he really is. But for Rex, he already has a mutation within him that enables him to be stronger. Ben turns into different alien forms by using the Omnitrix at his disposal. Anyway, like all chibi characters, Rex will be fairly easy to replicate and learn from. You will find that learning from this lesson on "how to draw chibi Rex", will be just the activity you need to complete, to become a true Generator Rex fan. As for me, I think he came out just as good, or better then the chibi Ben 10 I did a couple of weeks ago. Don't forget to leave comments, and use the star rating system to let me know how my work is.
