How to Draw Chibi Pokemon

Step 1.

Let's start by drawing a circle shape for this chibi Pokemon's head. Next, draw a smaller shape for the body, and then add the facial guidelines, and ear lines.

Step 2.

Now, use those shapes that you drew in step one, to draw the outline of chibi Pikachu. Once you have done this, you can move to the next step.

Step 3.

Use the ear guidelines to draw out the shapes of chibi Pikachu's ears. Next draw, and color in his eyes, and then draw the nose, mouth, and cheek shapes. The last thing that you need to add to this step, is the small arms and or hands, and chibi Pikachu's feet.

Step 4.

Well, you have finally made it to the last drawing step. All that is needed now, is chibi Pikachu's electric bolt shaped tail. Erase the lines and shapes that you drew in step one.

Step 5.

In the end your drawing will look like the one you see here. Color him in, and you have just learned how to draw chibi Pokemon, step by step.

How many chibi characters do I have that are incredibly cute and fun to draw? Well, in light of the fact that I have been getting countless requests for all different types of Pokemon, I figured doing a lesson on “how to draw chibi Pokemon", step by step. The species I chose for the tutorial is of course Pikachu. I used Pikachu because he is the most recognized Pokemon species of all time. He is also the first thing that pops in your head when someone mentions the word Pokemon. Anyway, this lesson is probably going to bring on more chibi requests on other Pokemon species. I really don't mind because I love being a trend setter. I'm sure there are other pictures, and tutorials on chibi Pokemon, but I guarantee that the ones I will be uploading are unique because they are coming from all of you. Don't hesitate to make a request, or to ask questions. I do eventually read all my comments, requests, and suggestions. If you happen to come to the site one day and notice I have submitted a lesson on something you've been waiting for, chances are I finally got around to filling an old request. Nonetheless, just know that I always eventually do what is asked of me. I hope you enjoy this tutorial on "how to draw chibi Pokemon", step by step. You will find that this lesson might be a lot easier than drawing Pikachu in his regular state. I shall return shortly so please await my return. Peace out people!
