1

First draw a circle for the body's frame and then add four nubs. two for the arms, and two for the legs. Next, add the facial guidelines.

2

You will use the facial lines that you drew in step one to draw out the slanted style eyes, and then the big wide mischievous mouth or smile. Add two colored ovals for the pupils.

3

Begin sketching out the arms and spiky looking hands, and then draw the the spiked form of the body as you see here. Add the vertical lines for each tooth in the smile.

4

The last drawing step is just as easy as the rest. All you have to do is draw the rest of the body shape, and then draw the legs, feet, and the last spike on it's back. Erase the guidelines and shapes then that's it.

5

Your finished Pokemon drawing should look like the one you see here. Color him in a deep or dark purple, and that's it. Great work everyone, and be sure to join me next time.

Description: Hello everyone it is I, Dawn from Dragoart.com. Today I am going to start the day by submitting a tutorial on another Pokemon. He is purple, and looks like a spiked ball. You will learn “how to draw Gengar”, step by step. This is another tutorial request fulfilment so, if you are the one that wanted this lesson, I hope you learn from it, as well as enjoy it. Gengar is a Ghost/poison type that falls in the Shadow Pokemon species category. These Pokemon have rounded shaped bodies, and their color is a deep or dark purple. The spikes are raised and cover the middle of the back, and there are also some spikes around the head. They have reddish colored eyes, and the arms and legs are attached to the body as whole pieces. These levitating Pokemon have the ability to hide almost perfectly within the shadow of any object. When I say any, I mean anything at all even a human. The other known abilities of a Gengar, is the Hyper Beam, and Giga Impact. By looking at this species you would think that they are evil right? Well, that's not the case. Depending on who trains one of these purple balls of mass, that will dictate their personalities. In general, Gengars are mischievous by nature. Like many mischievous beings, these Pokemon love playing practical jokes. If you want to obtain your own Gengar to train, you can find them in the shadows of rooms, caves, or any other dark place. I think you will have a blast with this tutorial because you will teach yourself "how to draw Gengar", step by step. This species is very easy to draw as you can see by it's appearance. Peace out peeps, and have fun!
