How to Draw Yusei

Draw the shape for his head and add the facial guidelines. Next draw the boxy shape of his torso, and then from there add more guidelines to form a solid frame for your Yu-Gi-Oh character. Lastly, draw the shapes for the hands and feet.

Begin sketching out the shape and style of his hair which should look like he hasn't had a good shower since last season. Once that is done you can then draw out the shape of his face, and then draw the high raised collar.

Now remember when I said his hair was styled like he had a set of ears? Well, you will need to draw out those spikes as well, and then add some detailing and definition. Draw the inner design on his collar, and then draw his shoulder padding, and des

Finish sketching out arms and sleeves and then draw the gloves, and fists. Once that is done you can sketch out the design of his under shirt which also happens to be the tee shirt. Next draw the belt, buckle, and zipper or crotch part of his jeans.

COntinue to draw out his legs and then draw the knee pads too. Start the sketching of his boots, and then add more definition and detail.

Your last drawing step includes finishing off his boots and or feet. His leather boots look real good on him now! Erase all the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one so you have a clean drawing to color in.

Description: Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's is a fairly new anime series that is airing on the same channel as the original Yu-Gi-Oh, which is 4K!DS TV. This tutorial submission is going to be on one of the three main characters of the series, and if you watch the show you will be extremely excited that you will be taught “how to draw Yusei”, step by step. Yusei is a very interesting looking character because he has a hair style that looks very much wolf ears of some sorts. His full name is Yusei Fudo and even though he is a cool, sly individual, he also tends to be very quiet, and proficient with technology. He is also considered to be a master mechanic, but I don't think the designers are talking about a car mechanic. Not only is Yusei considered to be an extra extraordinary duelist, he is also a big time dreamer. His entire motivation during his adventures is to bring a better lifestyle to his friends so that they live an improved life. The other two characters from the series is; Rex Goodwin who is the Director if Public Maintenance for New Domino City, and Jack Atlas who happens to be the number one turbo duelist in the world to date. So as you can see Yusei has a lot on his plate right now but with patience and persistence his dreams will eventually come true. Have fun drawing Yusei Fudo, step by step.
