For instance, Gothic crowds dress in a certain way, grunge type of people have a real baggy, dirty, ripped look, there is also the teenybopper look which is how you see girls dress that listen to Hannah Montana, Selena Gomez, and even Justin Beiber. There is one style though that has been around since the sixties and that is punk. The punk subculture was created, and is based around punk rock music. Not only is this type of culture associated with music; fashion, art, dance and film are created around the punk concept too. This tutorial will show you "how to draw punk, step by step. I chose to draw a female figure, and I dressed her with what I thought punk style looks like. Now my type of style may not be what you see punk as, but then again, everyone's depiction is different. These group of people use florescent colors in their style like pinks, yellows, oranges, reds, and of course black. How can you determine what is a punk song? Well songs that fall in this category are usually short, very lyrical, and contain lyrics that take about punk views, just as metal rock, or blues music would. The common punk hairstyle is usually worn with a Mohawk, whether it's a fanned Mohawk, trihawk, and even liberty spikes. Along with hair styles, there is other concepts as well, like the type of punk you might be. Here is a few different subcultures that you may identify with; crust, glam-punk, rockabilly, Ska-punk, straight edge, skinhead, skater punk, pop punk, goth punk, and even bubblegum punk. Clothes like skinny jeans, Mary-Janes, combat boots, surplus boots, skate shoes, studded belts, pinned shirts, leather pants and jackets, arm or wrist warmers, and so on and so forth. I think that this chic came out pretty cool and I was actually supposed to submit her two days ago, but I got side tracked. I will now leave you with this tutorial that shows you an easy way to draw punk, step by step. Peace out and “PUNK” rock on!
