To draw skull heads all you have to do is start with two circles for the head shapes. Next draw the outlined shape of their jaws, and then add the facial guidelines. Despite how complex the finished image looks, this tutorial is quite simple.

2

The next thing you will do is sketch out the shape of the eye sockets, and then color them in as well. As you know skull eyes are drawn to look almost mean or angry half the time. So that is how you must sketch out the shape of the brows you see here

3

Here you will first add some definition in between the brows as you see here, and then draw out the shape of the nose hole as well as color it in. Lastly you will need to start drawing out the upper lining for the top row of skeletal teeth.

4

All you have to do here is sketch out the shape of his lower jaw and then sketch out the actual skull teeth. At the corners of the mouth you will also need to draw in some wispy points too. Define the top of the teeth before leaving this step.

5

This is your last drawing step and all you need to do is sketch out the actual shape of the skull heads and bony cheeks like you see here. Add some crack lines and then sketch in some detailing. Once that is done you can then begin erasing the guidel

6

Once your sketch is cleaned your drawing should come out looking like the ones you see here. I hope you guys had fun learning "how to draw skull heads, step by step".

Description: Okay guys, yesterday I drew some serious tutorials that I will be uploading today. First I will start with a lesson that will show you "how to draw skull heads, step by step”. I have a section called “Skulls”, and every now and then I will draw some new, pretty cool looking skull designs. To determine what types of skulls I will draw, all I do is browse through the section and see what I don't have. I did an extensive search, and what I found was pretty obvious. Anyways, I thought it would be fun doing a tutorial that could show you guys an easy way to draw a simple skull or two skulls for that matter. One of the awesome concepts that I like about this drawing is how white the bones are, and the nice, blue colored background that sort of resembles an old cracked marble dungeon wall or something. I based the sketch on two little figures that I have on top of my desk that I got for a quarter each from a vending machine. Sometimes those gumball machines have some really cool stuff in them, so if I where you I wouldn't sleep on the contents that reside in those glass bulbs that take your change so effortlessly. Anyhow, I love drawing skulls, and I know most of the artists that come here love draw skulls and bones. So let me say my short farewells as I will depart from this tutorial so I can move onto a next. In the mean time, have fun following this lesson that will teach you “how to draw skull heads, step by step”. Have fun and happy drawing!
