In this first step what you will be doing is drawing out the guidelines and circle shapes to form a good frame for the zombie dragon. Starting at the top where the head is going to be placed draw a round shape for the head and draw in the bat wing sh

Now in this step as you can see you will be drawing out the actual shape and body of the zombie dragon. Starting at the top start drawing out the face of the dragon which kinda looks like a giant bat. After the shape of the face and teeth are drawn i

Here in this step it starts to get a bit time consuming because you have a lot of detailing and definition sketching to do. Starting at the face (always start at the top), start sketching out the eyes, teeth, and all the detailing inside the mouth. N

This is the last part of the sketch where you will be drawing out anything at all. All you have to do here is sketch out the detailing on the open womb on the body of the zombie dragon. Enlarge this step and look at the detailing close up. Take your

This is the final sketch with the shading and everything. You should end up with a cool looking sketch like this after you are completely done with the drawing. Now how cool is this dragon. I think it rocks. Well this concludes the tutorial on how to

Description: Today for DragoArt we will be learning how to draw a Zombie Dragon. This dragon looks like it’s from resident evil doesn’t it? It has flesh torn apart from its neck and a bloody mouth. Well this dragon used to be a glorious white dragon. White dragons are beautiful creatures that sail the billowy skies of all good. They are beasts that can nearly destroy all evil. However, white dragons don’t exist anymore because of an evil curse that has been laid against them. All ‘white dragons’ that exist today are cursed to be morbid flesh devouring machines. They feast upon other dragons, humans, animals, and even inanimate objects. Zombie dragons live everywhere. They have puke white decayed flesh, bloody scratches and gashes, pale wing membrane, and an anorexic body appearance. You can spot a zombie dragon flying around the depths of volcanoes and desert wastelands. If this zombie dragon were to spot another dragon, it would ravenously attack and rip it apart. The attacked dragon would end up getting infected and turned into a zombie dragon. It takes about six hours for the host to be labeled as a full blown infection. The host will die off and then become an undead beast. The black dragon is a half zombie and half demon. The only difference is that the black dragon does not hunger for flesh all the time, don’t have decayed skin, and can control their hunger. Most of these zombie creatures roam the skies at night and day. They are known for raiding villages, animal’s habitats, and other homes of living things. Unlike most evil dragons, the zombie dragon will kill anything in its way to quench its bloodlust. In starvation times, these disgusting beasts would even kill their own kind. These dragons are independent. They do everything and live on their own. Sometimes these beasts travel in large groups in search for food and shelter. Unlike a lot of other dragons, a zombie dragon doesn’t take care of their body. With time its body rots more and more until it’s a skeleton with few bits of flesh. I first drew this dragon out on my sketchbook. Then I scanned it in to my Photoshop CS program. After that I color it in Photoshop using layers and brushes. I carefully made this tutorial as easy as possible for you draw this dragon easily. I hope this tutorial will help you in the future.
