Now this is a very simple step as well. All you have to do is trace around the lettering that you just drew back in step 3. This is going to give the AC/DC letters a three dimensional look. After you get this step drawn out as shown above move down t

And once again here all you are going to do is draw yet another step of traced lines on the inner lines you drew in step 3. This is going to give the letters a more full bodied jump at you effect. After your drawing looks like the one above, erase t

Description: Are you guys ready to rock? Well guess what it’s time to go down the highway to hell. That’s right this tutorial will show you how to draw AC/DC’s logo for Back in Black. This hard rock band from Sydney Australia was formed by two brothers named Angus and Malcolm Young in 1973. AC/DC is a band that is being labeled as the “pioneers” of hard rock and metal music along with other bands like Led Zeppelin, and Black Sabbath. AC/DC has sold nearly 70 million albums in the U.S. alone, making AC/DC one of the five top-selling bands in American music history. The names of their albums are as follows; "High Voltage,," "T.N.T.," "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap," "Let There Be Rock," "If You Want Blood You've Got It," "Powerage," "'74 Jailbreak," "Who Made Who," "Blow Up Your Video," “Back in Black”, “Highway to Hell”, “The Razors Edge”, and "Stiff Upper Lip. The bands name came from no other than Angus and Malcolm when they seen the acronym AC/DC on the back of their sister’s sewing machine. Now, everyone knows what the abbreviation stands for right? That’s right alternating current/direct current. The reason why the two brothers loved this name so much is because they thought that their music was an electrifying experience, and contained raw energy. Coming from Australia you would think that these two are Austrians born and raised right. Wrong, Angus and Malcolm were born in Glasgow Scotland and moved to Australia in 1963. From 1974 through 1980 Bon Scott joined the band as lead singer, which replaced Dave Evans who only recorded one song with the band. During the years from 1977-1979 AC/DC exposed their heart wrenching music in the U.S through a Michigan radio station. They soon became a smash hit with listeners and fans all over the States. Fans flocked from all over with massive numbers of people flooding concerts when ever they came around. But their success would come to a screeching halt with the death of their lead singer Bon Scott in 1980. On February 19, 1980, Scott passed out from heavy drinking while in London. He was left in a friend’s car, after being found the day after he was rushed to Kings College Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Bon Scott’s cause of death was listed as acute alcohol poisoning, and death by misadventure. After Scott's death the band was left depressed, and without a lead man for vocals. In 1980 singer Brian Johnson joined the hard rock band AC/DC and has been with them ever since. This band has stood the test of time and is one of the few that is still together after almost 3 decades. This tutorial will show you how to draw their famous “Back in Black” lettering used on their album cover. If you’re an AC/DC fan this tutorial will surly be a fun experience.
