First it is important to get proportions down correctly by breaking down the ducks into smaller shapes. Their bodies are very rounded, so it's easy to get most of it down using a few ovals. Compare this to a reference if you aren't sure if it looks q

Now you can begin to refine your basic shapes into what looks more like a duck. Add the nostrils, tweak the eyes, form their toes and add more shape to their wings.
