Draw Nala from The Lion King

Start off with a simple circle for the head guide and then sketch in the facial guidelines.

Next, use the guide that you drew and begin to sketch out the actual shape of Nala's head and face. Leave gaps at the sides of the head for placement of her ears.

Now you can go ahead and draw in Nala's ears which are also very round or soft looking. Add the detailing to the inside of the ears. When that is done you can proceed to step four.

Sketch in the fur detailing inside the ears next, then draw the shapes on the face for where the eyes will be drawn into. Once that is done you can incorporate the lining of the nose formation as well.

Here is where it starts to get fun because Nala starts to take form. Draw the eyes but when you do this be sure to thicken the lining because her eye lines should be bold. Draw in the eyeballs and color the pupils, then add the crease lining from inn

Complete the nose and draw in her upper lip area as you see it done for you here.

Lastly, give Nala some long whiskers and then complete the face by drawing the marking separation lines on the sides of the mouth and then draw the bottom teeth and tongue. Erase the mistakes if you made any along with the guides.

Description: Okay, here is the lioness that captures Simba's heart even as a pup. Up next we will learn how to draw Nala from The Lion King, step by step. I have a few lessons on Nala already so I'm not going to go into too much detail with this description. I don't think there is anything left to say about Nala that I haven't said before. She is a prominent characters from the movie and as you know she is also Simba's love interest and later wifey. She helps Simba stay grounded and without her I don't think Simba would have found the common sense to go back and fight Scar. Anyways, have fun drawing Nala and I will be back with more tutorials for you all. Adios amigos.
