Wolf Pack Drawing Lesson

Step 1.

Let us begin by drawing the fella first. Start with the head and hairstyle which should be simple enough to create. When that is done you can draw in the eyes, eyebrows, nose and mouth. This fella has a beard so be sure to add that as well. Draw in the shape of his neck, shoulder and some of the arm.

Step 2.

Continue working with the fella by drawing the sleeves for his tee shirt. When that is done draw in the collar line and then some of the wrinkles for the tee.

Step 3.

Now we will draw the arm, and hands. There is a wolf gently laying under the fella's left arm/hand like you see here. Draw the head and face for this wolf.

Step 4.

Under the right hand there is a wolf pup laying in front of the other wolf who is getting some lovin from the fella. The back of this wolf pup is all you will be drawing so draw the ears, head and back of the body along with the curled tail.

Step 5.

Let's turn our attention on to the wolf we started to draw in step three. Draw in the ear, some of the cheek fluff and then draw the front legs and paws.

Step 6.

We will now draw another wolf coming in from the side who is being curious and sniffing the trainer or fella. Draw this wolf's face, head and ears, then draw a small cat who is tucked in between the fella and wolf cub. I know, odd right?

Step 7.

Continue to work on the curious wolf. Draw in the shape of the neck, then draw the body which includes the front and back legs, paws, and then draw in the puffy tail. Add detailing to the wolf as well.

Step 8.

For the last drawing step all you have to do is finish the very first wolf you began to draw in step three. When he is finished draw another wolf cub who is playful just behind the wolf you just finished drawing. Erase the mistakes and you are all done.

Step 9.

When you are all done your drawing should end up looking like the one you see here. It is all ready to be colored in.

I know some of you will flip when you see this tutorial. Everyone has heard of the Dog Whisperer right? Well, how about a wolf whisperer. Anyways, I thought it would be a cool idea to make a lesson on how to draw a wolf pack, step by step. Wolves are mistaken animals and I think that people can learn from them. I know they are wild, unstable minded beasts, but sometimes they can be loved. That is if they are raised as pups within confined walls. Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about, I know it's in their blood to be wild which is why they will always turn no matter what. The wolves you see in this lesson are grey wolves. The fella in the middle is professional wolf trainer or wolf whisperer. I had so much fun drawing and coloring this lesson. I know all you wolf lovers out there will too. I will be back so stick around folks.
