Easter Chick Drawing Lesson

1

Make two shapes, one for the head and another for the body of your chick.

2

Next, we will draw the actual egg or at least the bottom half of the egg and the cracked top portion of the egg.

3

We will now draw the chick's wings in a spread out position. The feathers should be pretty simple to draw.

4

Up next, draw the head shape for your chick and then draw in the beak as it is open from chirping. Once that is done you can draw in some fluffy feathers on the chest.

5

Draw and color in the chick's eye and then add the brows as they are off the head.

6

Create some cracks in your egg shell, then proceed to the last drawing step.

7

This is where you will draw in the decorations on your Easter egg. You can choose to go with the pattern you see here, or create your own. Before you do any patterns, erase the mistakes and guides.

8

Simply color in your Easter chick and show someone what you learned how to draw. You can even upload your artwork to Drago for others to see as well.

Description: I have been getting a lot of requests for me to do some Easter related lessons so this is one of them. Today, we will be learning how to draw an Easter chick, step by step. As you can see this chick is still in the egg or is trying to come out of the egg to great the world. Easter is one of my favorite holidays because it's a day that we celebrate the Resurrection of Christ our Savior. Anyways, if you are one of the many that has been waiting for an Easter tut to greet the new year, here it is. Have fun drawing this Easter chick and I will meet you all back here in a bit.
