We can begin by drawing an oval shape for the head guide and then sketch in the facial guidelines along with the shoulder guideline.

2

You will now define the shape of the model's face and then proceed to step three.

3

Using the facial guidelines you can draw in her thick eyebrows and then draw in the shapes of her eyes. Notice the eyeliner around the eyes, they are thick and bold. Add the nose and then draw in the simple lips forming the mouth.

4

Up next, draw the shape of her neck and then draw the circle earrings. We will then draw the thick puffy bangs and then draw in her long curly hairstyle.

5

Draw the chest which is also the top she is wearing. There should be ties and wrinkles on the top across the chest. When you are done and feel that your vintage style girl is complete you can start erasing the mistakes.

6

Okay, well here is the line art. Color her in and that is all there is to do.
