1

Start off with a few guides which are the body, head and tail.

2

Use the facial guidelines to draw in the jaw which is both the upper mandibles and lower mandibles. Draw in the sharp pointed teeth and then proceed to step three.

3

We will now sketch in the eye and then the long eel like tongue. Add some definition around the eye as well to add skin texture.

4

We will now get to drawing the body. This is simple because all you will do is first draw the fins and then draw the flipper like fins for the limbs. Sketch in some wrinkles around the shoulder for skin texture.

5

Lastly, draw the top of the head and neck, then sketch out the back bone which is lined with small jagged points. Draw in the tail and then you can add the last minute details for the skin.

6

Here is the line art when you are finished. Of course you have to erase your mistakes and guidelines. Color in your Mosasaurus then show folks which dinosaur/prehistoric lizard you just drew.

Description: So I'm back again today with some super fun lessons with the first being from Jurassic World. Here is how to draw a Mosasaurus, step by step. Now even though this dinosaur is from the movie this dinosaur is actually real. The mosasaurus is actually a lizard and not an actual dinosaur. They are carnivores and when they were alive these beasts grew to be sixty feet long and they weighed in at about five tons. This is definitely a species that deserves respect. Especially since they can eat anything they want both from the water and from dry land. I do hope you like this lesson on drawing a Mosasaurus. I had a lot of fun creating this lesson for you all.
