How to Draw a Bat and Ball

Begin with a regular circle for the baseball.

Next, draw the two signature lines which are the parts of the baseball that's stitched around the circular dense cork in the center.

You will now draw one wooden style bat on an angle like you see here. Add detailing to the bat to show the wood grain.

Lastly, draw the other bat angled in the other direction like so, then detail it as well. Erase the mistakes you might have made.

Here is the line art now that you are all done. Color in the baseball and bats and show off your work to others.

Description: I'm sure folks are well aware that baseball season is here and because of this I have a couple lessons that I will be uploading on things related to the very popular sport. I will begin by showing you all how to draw a bat and ball, step by step. Baseball is not a sport that I watch. In fact, I don't watch any sports besides UFC. Anyways, this lesson is for all you baseball fans out there that are enjoying the sport that stated this Spring. You can see in this lesson that there are two baseball bats and one baseball. The bats are crisscrossed and the ball sits in the center of the two. I think you will find this lesson both fun and easy. I shall return with some other tuts for you all to enjoy so stick around.
