Start the first step by drawing the head guide, then sketch in the facial guidelines.

We will now begin drawing Junpei's head and hairstyle like so. The bangs should sway across the forehead and then the sides of the hair should sway up.

Next up, define the shape of Junpei's face, then incorporate the shapes of his ears. You will then draw in some fluff on the bangs.

Draw the eyebrows and shapes of his eyes. When that is done draw the nose and mouth.

Sketch out the neck shape, then draw in the shirt collar which is open just a but to show off some skin from Junpei's chest.

Lastly, let's finish off Junpei by drawing the shoulders and all the layers of creases or folds in his shirt to create detail and design. Erase your mistakes as well as the guidelines and shapes.
