How to Draw a Chibi For Kids

Step 1.

Draw a circle for the head and then sketch in the facial guidelines.

Step 2.

Define the shape of the chibi's face like so, then draw in the long bangs which are swaying to one side.

Step 3.

Complete the head shape while creating the hairstyle at the same time.

Step 4.

We will now use the facial guidelines to draw out the large eye shapes. The thick, bold lining for the eyes should be also a bit rugged. Add the eyebrows as well.

Step 5.

Here you will draw in the actual eyeballs like so, then draw out the mouth.

Step 6.

Finish the head shape with the rest of her hair, then draw the headband and then the chibi girl's ear. Erase those guidelines that you made in step one and then erase the mistakes.

Step 7.

Here is your line art now that you are done. Color in the drawing and that's all there is to it.
