How to Draw 3D Patrick Star

1

The first thing you need to do is draw a plump tear drop shape for Patrick's body. When that is done you can then sketch in the facial guidelines.

2

Start forming the shape of Patrick's head then start sketching out the sides of the shoulders. Try and make the head with contouring shape instead of flat.

3

Draw in Patrick's eyes, then you can proceed to step four.

4

Draw in the dark eyebrows, then add eyelids on Patrick's eyes along with some pupils. You will also end this step by adding his mouth line.

5

Here you will draw out Patrick's body in a very round bubbly manner. Don't forget to draw in the legs or shorts as well.

6

Draw in the arms that rests on the sides of his body, then draw the rest of his legs.

7

Lastly, draw in the waist line for the pants, then add some sea style flowers on the shorts. Finish off the drawing by adding the belly button. Erase your mistakes and then the facial guidelines.

8

That's it, you are all done drawing Patrick Star in a 3D form. Now you can color him in.

Description: So you have a lesson on SpongeBob in 3D form, how about a tutorial on his best buddy Patrick? Up next we will tackle the task of learning how to draw 3D Patrick Star, step by step. The one good thing about these lessons is that they are all still simple to recreate. Just because they are in 3D, that doesn't mean it has to be hard to draw. Patrick can sometimes be annoying with his stupidity, but I think we all agree that he is still very lovable and kind and has a great big heart. Enjoy this lesson, there are still more 3D versions of the SpongeBob Squarepants gang coming your way so stay tuned in and don't forget to get to the theaters on February 6th for 'The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water'.
