You can start by drawing a circle, then sketch in the facial guidelines.

Sketch out the shape of the face, then draw in the thick pointed bangs.

Up next, draw almost the rest of the head which almost looks like a bubble. Add the length of her hair and then the stiff swirl on top of her head.

Use the facial guidelines to draw out the U shaped eyes. Her upper lids are really thick and dark so be sure to draw the eyes in correctly. Add the subtle nose and mouth as well as the thin eyebrows.

Lastly, draw in the shoulders and then draw the stiff jacket collar. You will also need to draw the other side of her hair length, then erase your mistakes.

Description: I have never heard of the anime that this next character is from, but since she was requested I will go ahead and show you "how to draw Tsumiki Miniwa from Acchi Kocchi". After doing some reading on the series, I found out that she is the smallest heroine of the group. She is also a main character from Acchi Kocchi and she has a crush on Io. Anyways, she is definitely different looking then most anime figures I've replicated in the past, but that makes her even more fun to recreate. Go ahead and have fun and I will be back with the rest of my tuts.
