How to Draw Halloween Jake

Draw an oval shape for the nose.

Here you will draw Jake's jowls which will be part of his face.

Draw Jake's mouth, teeth and tongue. Unlike the other Halloween figures, Jake is smiling.

Are you ready to draw Jake's big round eyes? Good, then get started. There should be two circles with the inner one being smaller because it's his pupil.

Draw the head and ears that are formed into the thick dimples creating a pumpkin shape.

Finish the shape of Jake's body, then draw the arms.

Add the line down the center of the face, then draw the legs and small feet. Lastly, add a stem to the pumpkin costume and erase all your mistakes.

The line art comes out looking like the drawing you see here. Color Jake in and that's it.

Description: Jake is just a big mass that can take many shapes no matter how big or how small. For Halloween I wanted to use his coat color to my advantage so I made this Halloween version of Jake dressed in a pumpkin costume. I really did have a lot of fun with this concept. Jake is one of my favorite characters of all time and he is sits right on the same shelf as SpongeBob, Rigby, Mordecai, Patrick, and Finn. I do hope you enjoy this tut because I did immensely.
