If any of you has been to Spencer Gifts you should know who this face is. I will do a quick tutorial on "how to draw Angry Panda", step by step. It's basically a novelty figure that is used to dress the surfaces of accessories, clothes, and even pads, notebooks, and slippers. Drawing Angry Panda will be super easy and super cute.
