This is just a an idea I had and I thought I would put it down on digital paper. Here is what I like to call "how to draw an anime skull girl" which is basically an anime girl wearing a skull style mask. She has cute thick pigtails and her chin is pretty pointy. All in all I think you will agree that this concept is weird, but cute. Have fun and stick around because there are some anime character related tuts on the way.
