Begin with the basic guidelines for the face.

Now draw the guidelines for the eyes, nose and mouth.

Draw the guidelines for her hair, ear and hand.

We are going to start with the eyes. Fill in the pupils, leaving some catchlights.

Now draw the lines around the iris, add some more details on it and then begin to shade in her eyebrows. Also, don't forget to start drawing the eyelashes from the root(eyelid).

Make a few shadows on her upper lip and her lower lip, then use a 4B pencil to draw the teeth better, smudge and add some highlights and a dark shadow under her lower lip.

Now draw the shadows for the hand and use some graphite powder for her blouse.

Draw the ear and the earring with a 5b pencil and then darken the blouse and use a blend stamp to smudge the blouse and the lines of her hand.

Give the hair details by using a sharp pencil(2B is good. Start from the top and go down.

Connect the dark areas with a lot of strokes, making a smooth transition between them. Darken the strokes of hair even more.
