How to Draw Dragon Twilicorn

This pony dragon is in flight so the body's line of motion will show that and needs to be drawn in a motion manner.

Use the first small circle to draw out the snout, mouth and jawline for Twilicorn.

Next, draw in her thick straight cut bangs which are part of her mane.

Use the facial guideline to draw out the large shaped eyes like so, and don't forget to add the lashes.

Add the marking lines on the bangs like so, then proceed to step six.

Instead of ears you will give dragon Twilicorn some horns and fin like frills.

Draw her long neck which is arched slightly because she is in flight. When that is done you can draw the arms and hands or paws or talons.

Now draw her long straight mane or hair that falls down the back of her neck.

Make the arched line for her back, then draw the perfectly sized wings open and in action mode.

Instead of drawing the dragon's belly, you will work on the back, and then the thigh, long foot and pointed toes.

Now you can draw the belly as well as the other leg which is in a relaxed, or hanging pose. Don't forget those toes.

Finish dragon Twilicorn off by drawing the thick tail that sort of curls at the end. Erase the mistakes and guidelines you made in step one.

Description: Okay folks, here it is, the last lesson of the day and it's on another My Little Pony transformed into a dragon. I gotta say, this pony looks perfect as a dragon. So let's get started with learning "how to draw dragon Twilicorn"", step by step. I don't know what else to say because I have done so many of these tutorials in the past. Besides, when something is just a concept piece there isn't too much you can say about a character that is not actually in circulation anywhere. All I can do is try to show folks what it takes to transform a MLP pony into an awesome dragon.
