How to Draw Tribal Daryl Dixon

1

You will begin drawing this tribal version of Daryl by sketching out the long pointed shapes for the bangs. They should also be bold in color or shaded in for a better word.

2

Next up, take your time as you sketch out the outer lining to form the tribal version of Daryl's face. This should also include the shape of his nose, mouth, chin and cheek indent. Add more hair as well.

3

Draw the eyebrows and eyes but in a hollow like manner.

4

Add shading to form the shape of his head on the left side like you see here. Then draw in or color in the entire area surrounding a large portion of Daryl's face. This shading will also form the structure of his face as well.

5

Next, draw the right side of his head in the form of some stringy looking hair chunks. When that is done move to step six.

6

Almost done people. Add some sporadic chunks of shading to the top of Daryl's head. This will add texture to this tribal concept.

7

Now all you have to do is color in the areas around the eyes to form the actual shape and look. If you made mistakes erase them now.

8

When you are finished the drawing should look like the one you see here.

Description: As all you Walking Dead fans know, we will not be seeing the like of Daryl Dixon until October when the series returns. That doesn't mean we have to forget about him though. To celebrate the life that Daryl still has, here is my take on how to draw a tribal version of Daryl Dixon. I absolutely love the way Daryl came out, and I am so excited to be sharing this lesson with all of you today. The face, his pose, the blood splatter, everything makes this lesson so epic. If you are a fan of the Walking Dead series I know you will have a blast with this tut. I will be back shortly so don't go nowhere far.
