How to Draw an Easter Flower

1

Begin by making an oblong shape for the guide you will use when drawing your flower.

2

Here you will draw the almost heart shape for the first petal.

3

Next, draw the base of the bloom like so, then add some detailing lines.

4

Next, draw the tall stamen, then you will move to step five.

5

Up next, sketch out the folded petals, in all there are three you have to draw. Add definition to the petals.

6

Next, draw the stem of the flower, then draw the part of the stem that cradles the bloom.

7

Add all the long blade like leaves around the flower like so, then erase the mistakes.

8

Color in your drawing so it ends up coming out beautiful. I hope you liked drawing an Easter flower.

Description: Yup, it's that time again where we will soon be celebrating the Easter holiday. Whenever Valentine's Day passes I know that Easter is almost near. Of course we can't forget about St. Patrick's Day which is the Irish holiday that people like to get rip roaring drunk to. Today I will be subtle and submit this lesson on how to draw an Easter bloom, step by step. I know the title says Easter flower, but a bloom and flower are the same so pay no attention. I really wanted to keep things simple because I know there are a lot of you out there that loves drawing flowers. Don't mistake this flower for the Peace Lily (which I will make a tut on). I know it's easy to confuse the two because they are both white flowers. But, I think you know that Peace plants or lilies are different looking then the one you see here. Have fun folks, and stick around because there is still one more lesson coming your way.
