This is going to be a very simple lesson to learn how to draw. You will start with a circle for Schroeder's head and then draw a peanut like shape for his body. Draw a leg line and then another oval shape for his foot. Add one more horizontal line fo

Now in this next step you will start drawing out the actual shape of Schroeder's head starting with sketching out his hair style lining. Draw the front lining of his face nose and all. When that is done you will move to the next step.

You have already come to the third step and what you will do now is first draw out the hair line of the side of his face and make sure you show his ear shape. Schroeder's hair is a bit wavy looking so you will need to add some little lines to show th

Description: The cartoon show and comic of Charlie Brown was a very popular animated series during the late seventies all the way to the end of the eighties. I remember saying in one of my tutorials that I was going to do one Peanuts character a day until I get them all up. Well today I will show you how to draw Schroeder from The Peanuts gang step by step. Now for those of you that are not familiar with this character by name, I am sure you may recognize him by appearance. He is the young boy that has short blonde hair, wears a pin striped shirt and black shorts. He is always seen playing on a small red toy piano because he hopes that one day he will become a great composer. His inspiration comes from the very talented Ludwig Van Beethoven and from his love for classical music. When he is not playing on his piano he is sometimes seen as being the catcher on Charlie Browns team when the gang has a game of baseball. Schroeder doesn’t have many close friends except for Charlie Brown. And for Charlie, Schroeder is his closest friend besides Snoopy and Woodstock. For a quite kind of kid, Lucy Van Pelt seems to be very drawn to him and he can’t understand why. Schroeder always has to be kind when he shrugs Lucy off from her flirting advances. In any case he is still one of the main characters belonging to the Charlie Brown crew. It’s funny, when Schroeder was first introduced to the comic strip he was just a baby. It took three years before he was seen as the same age as everyone else being slightly younger of course. I like this character, and I think that you will all have fun learning how to draw Schroeder from The Peanuts Gang step by step. Keep tuned in because I still have more to come.
