Start by drawing out the circle for his head and then add the facial guidelines. Draw a neck line and then another circle for his torso. From the torso shape add the limb lines for his arms and legs.

Now that the guidelines are drawn out you can start drawing the crazy style of his famous hair. Next, draw the jaw and chin shape along with his child like ears. Start sketching out his shirt of his training outfit and then the inner lower legs. Last

Son Goku is pretty easy to draw all you have to do here is add the shape of his big friendly eyes and then finish the lining for his clothes as seen here. You will now need to draw out his arms and then add the detailing on the shoes and the shape of

Description: Drawing DragonBall Z characters is always fun. With the new DragonBall Evolution movie being out in the theaters, I figured that I would show you "how to draw son Goku", step by step. Son Goku is just the kid version of Goku from the hit animated cartoon. I already have a regular tutorial submitted on DragoArt of the older version of Goku. As you may know, kid Goku hangs around with Krillin who happens to be his best buddy. Both Goku and Krillin are taught the skill of martial arts by Master Roshi. I seen the movie already and I have to say it is absolutely awesome. The only character that was missing was Krillin and I was looking forward to seeing how they made him look in regular form. They did a really good job with finding the perfect actor to play Goku which is Justin Chatwin. He is the kid that played Robbie in the Steven Spielberg movie “War of the Worlds”. The reason why I think he makes such an awesome character is because he sort of looks and sounds just like the anime/manga version of Goku. Son or kid Goku is no different than the older version. Drawing DBZ characters is fun because you can draw them battling each other or even draw them looking goofy like they sometimes do in the cartoon. My uncle was staying with us for a while and we used to watch DBZ every night. I had a lot of fun when he was here because he is such a goof ball. My mother thinks that Lord Piccolo looks like a Vlasic pickle. Anyways, I know you will have a lot of fun with this character because everyone loves learning "how to draw Dragonball Z characters" especially when it is someone as awesome as son Goku. Maybe I will draw future characters from the movie like Chi Chi, or maybe even Master Roshi. For now just tackle this lesson on for size on "how to draw Kid Goku, step by step". See ya kiddies.
