How to Draw Squirtle Pony

Make two circles, one for the head and the other for the body. You will also add the facial guidelines and the guide for the tail.

Here you will draw out the shape of the face like so, then draw in the ears leaving a gap between the two for the addition of the mane and brow arches.

Like I said, draw in the curly mane bang like so, then add the brow bone shapes, then add detailing inside the ears.

Next, use the facial guidelines to draw out the eyes, then draw the lashes, nose or snout, mouth and blush marks on the cheeks.

Draw the neck, then draw the leg and hoof. You will also draw more of the pony's mane.

You will now draw the back end and tail which should curl at the end.

Next, draw the rest of the body then draw the three other legs which are all on the ground.

And finally, draw the detailing to the mane, then draw the other part of the mane on the right side of this image. Erase your mistakes and that is all.

Here is the lining when you are done. Now you can enjoy coloring the sketch.

Description: I'm sure you all seen this drawing of what I believe Squirtle would look like if it was an MLP pony. So today, I will be showing you "how to draw Squirtle Pony", step by step. This is a really cute version of Squirtle, and if you are wondering, yes it is a girl. I love the contrast with the amber colored mane against the pastel turquoise color body. The great big eyes and friendly face alone lure you in to try out this tut. I do think that if you have always wondered what Squirtle would look like as a pony, here is what I believe the Pokemon species would end up looking. So go ahead and have fun with this concept, and I will meet you all back here tomorrow with some more drawing fun.
