1

Make a large loop or hoop like you see here, then proceed to step two.

2

Sketch in the grass that is overgrown from under the stone, then move along to step three.

3

Add some cracks on the stone as well as the letters 'R I P' which obviously means "rest in peace". Erase the mistakes if you made any.

4

Here is your drawing when you are done. Now you can color it in and tape it to the wall, window or fridge.

Description: Halloween is around the corner and if little kids are like the way I used to be, they are already starting to make pictures for Halloween to tape to the doors, windows, and fridges. Because I love Halloween so much, I wanted to make a tutorial on "how to draw a gravestone for kids", step by step. You know this October holiday wouldn't be complete without drawing a graveyard or any of it's headstones right? The easiest way to make a gravestone is to draw a hoop shape right to end of the canvas and then draw the letters 'R.I.P'. I added some grass of course to make it look like the headstone is at an actual grave site, but you can add a hand coming up from the ground, or leave the drawing as you see it here. Either way I think you will have fun drawing a gravestone even if you already know how to make one. Adios mi amigos and enjoy.
