How to Draw Madeline Hatter, Ever After High

Step 1.

Begin with a circle for the head, then draw the shapes of the torso and then the bell shape for the gown. Add the facial guidelines as well as the arm guides.

Step 2.

Sketch out the shape of the face, then draw the parted hair line.

Step 3.

Sketch out the shapes of her eyes, then draw in the lashes followed by the eyebrows. Draw the nose and lips as well for Madeline's mouth.

Step 4.

We will now begin drawing all of the curly hair that surrounds her head. Once her hair is done, you can draw in her tea cup tiara. Add detailing to the cup, then proceed to step five.

Step 5.

Almost done folks. All you have to do is draw the neck shape, her upper body or torso, then draw in her arms followed by her hands. She wears a pair of short lace gloves which means you will have to add that ruffle around the wrist. Add some sleeves, then add detailing.

Step 6.

For the last drawing step all you have to do is draw the bow around her waist, then sketch in the ruffled skirt which is full of fluffy layers. Add detailing, pleating and and creases to the dress along with the necklace and collar line. Erase your mistakes and guides, then you are done.

Step 7.

Here is the line art for Madeline Hatter. Color her in using the many different colors.

If you can tell by the look and style of this next character from the Ever After High series, you might think that this princess is possibly from a rainbow of sorts. If you look closer though you will see that she is wearing a tiara in the form of a tea cup. Can you guess who her father is? If you said Mad Hatter you are right. Up next and lastly here is "how to draw Madeline Hatter", step by step. Madeline is such a colorful princess and all her colors match with her style. Her gown is layered with ruffles and around the waist is a big bow. Her hair is wavy but not as long as her friends but it's still very pretty. Drawing Madeline Hatter should be exciting and fun and if you're wondering what class she falls in, I guess you will have to find out with the purchase of the doll. Thanks for joining me with this tut folks.
