How to Draw Nessy For Kids

You will start with a small oval shape for the head, then draw the long neck and body line which should be arched.

All you need to do in this step is draw out the actual shape of Nessy's head which looks a lot like a pistachio shell. Don't forget to add the frills and the mouth line.

Next, draw the shape of the neck which is not as thick. The monster is described as being serpent like, so make it almost look like a slithering snake. Add the water ripple at the end of the neck.

Next, draw the almond shaped eye, then draw in the teeth and nostril line. Add the scales down the neck before moving to step five.

Lastly, draw the hump of the snakes body which is sticking out of the water. Add the ripples to create the waterline for the lake that Nessy lives in. Erase your mistakes as well.

The green monster is said to live in the waters of Scotland. I don't want to make a monster that was so hard that folks couldn't follow the instructions.
