Begin this step by drawing the head and body shapes. Add the facial guidelines too.

You will draw out the actual block like shape for the Golden Retriever's head. Draw the snout, then finish the lining for the lower part of the face which is also the jawline. Draw the long ears, then proceed to step three.

Draw and color in the eyes, then draw the diamond shaped nose.

We will get the task done by drawing out the front part of the dog's body. Start with making the long coat on the chest, then draw in the first leg and paw.

Draw the back leg and paw, then draw the back line which also has the tail. The tail should be puffy.

Finish this drawing by add the other two legs and paws. Sketch in some detailing to the front shoulder. Erase the mistakes that you made.
