First, start with a simple circle.

Now add guidelines and two circles for the eyes.

Shape his face with his cheeks sticking out and then do his big hair.

Draw the face. Start with the eyes, his lids should be half down. Do his mouth next, his bottom lip curling down and then do his nose.

Now draw the guidelines for his body.

On the last step draw his body. Erase the guidelines and colour him in. (sorry my full body pics weren't too good)
