How to Draw Scene Clothes
Step 1. You need to know about the girl clothes, that as the scene girls are always tiny girls, and most of them have a thin body shape type, they wear a lot of type clothes! So the scene clothes are have a most of variation, and the lot of color. They are almost looks like the emo clothes, but they have more color on their outfit.
Step 2. When you draw a scene boys, the rules are true here too like on the scene girls. The boys, who wear scene style clothes, they are all are thin, teenagers, and young. Not only with the lot of color, but their clothes are more... girly than the other man clothes styles.
Step 3. Here some tips for the scene girl clothes types.

Step 5. As I said, the most important thing in the scene clothes, that they are looks like the emo clothes, but the scene girls and boys wear more color, and these colors are more brighter, they aren't afraid to mix them in a lot of way on their outfit. As you can see on this picture, the maybe sometimes they wear black and grey BUT always near a lot of other bright color! And near the colors, never forget, that they are wear a lot of extra thing, like stars, or hearts forms, almost like the teenagers in Japan (search after the lolita style)
Step 6. Let's start the "How to draw scene clothes" part! Now, start to draw the base lines. This is helpful, that you can draw the base form of the figure, the clothes will be later, because you don't need the base form for the clothes, just the figure's anatomy, as a base.
Step 7. Draw the shape of her face and starting the front hair line. The face is now easy, because you see in the side view.
Step 8. You can draw the eyebrow, and the eye. As you draw the head in profile view, you only need to draw one eye, and one eyebrow.
Step 9. Finish the nose, the ear, and the mouth too!
Step 10. Now, finish the eyes part too!
Step 11. Okay, now draw the extras on the face, the piercings, the long eyelash, and the drawed little heart under her eyes.
Step 12. Now, we are here, we finished te face part, so draw the base form of the hair!
Step 13. Draw the little lines of the hair, and the hairshape!
Step 14. The next step is the upper part of the body, so, we need to draw the upper clothes base form.
Step 15. Draw the base form of the arm!
Step 16. Draw the base form of the other upper clothes, follow the body's base form!
Step 17. Draw the little details and lines of the upper part, it's really easy, but don't draw too much clothes lines!
Step 18. Now, draw the base part of the skirt!
Step 19. You can draw now the frill parts of the skirt, just follow the main frill line of the base form.
Step 20. Last part of the skirt, draw the pockets, and the lines, so the watcher can see, that it's a jeans skirt.
Step 21. Now, draw the base form of the legs!
Step 22. And we are here, the last part of the tutorial! So, draw the extras, the text with the stars on the upper part, the little heart on the skirt's pocket, and the lines on her legs, now you can see, that she is wears stocking!
