Ok, this step may look a bit silly, but it's for the best (trust me!). Let's start with a straight line that will aid you in drawing the letters. I know you may notice, there is no guidelines for the future eye on fire design above the logo letters.

Then, to ease the complexity of the logo, let's start by drawing the "T" first, before drawing the two lines that connect to the "L". A person on my Facebook stated how the letters also seem to spelling "fool". Anyways, once you've drawn the "T", wor

Now, as you can see, how much drawing the connected letters helped us for the future step. Draw two "O's" connecting to the line below. See how easy and cool that was?

Ok, now, you can finish yourself off at this step and ignore drawing the logo. I went ahead and drew the logo of the burning eye since it's part of their trademark. Sketch a little curl at the tip, and flare out the lines into tribal-like flames. The

Now, go ahead and draw the outer shape. See how drawing the inner shape is MUCH better than drawing the outer shape first? It gives you freedom around the edges, instead of retaining the line work from the outside in.

Lastly; this is probably the hardest part of this tut, work on the inner eye part that is entrapped in flames. I believe this symbol reflects the all seeing eye, or the eye that observes all of humanity. I'm not entirely sure yet, I'd have to researc

With further work on the logo, you should have something very similar to this. If not, rework the tutorial, and get yourself a black ball-point pen or marker to ink out your lines. I hope y'all enjoyed this lesson as much as I did. Thanks for viewing

Description: Ok guys, I'm going to be quite frank about this tutorial description, because this is one of the tutorials I had most pleasure working on. In this lesson, you will be learning “how to draw the Tool logo”, step by step, in the easiest fashion available. I've been listening to Tool since I was twelve, but I wasn't taking it for serious, like actually sitting there and listening to the lyrics and song as a whole, but still defining the meaning at the same time. You may need to listen to the songs a few times in order to comtemplate a general idea on what a song is about. My favorites would have to be “Vicarious”, “Parabola”, “The Pot”, “Part of Me”, “Opiate”, “Schism”, “Sober”, “Aenima” and “Laterus”. These songs have a strong emotional meaning to them, which is pretty cool. The views the songs define are pretty agreeable, especially to my knowledge. If you're a huge nerd for Tool, be sure to check out Maynard James Keenan's other bands like “Puscifer” and “A Perfect Circle”, all which are my favorites as well. Anyways, I'll leave you children to have fun with this tut. I made the steps clearly simplistic as possible, for your novice needs! Thanks so much for viewing, and stay tuned for more fun tutorials in the future! Peace out and good luck on your drawing endeavors.
