This is Sonic the Hedgehog's brother from the Sonic Underground continuity. He apparently plays drums. He should be a light green with a dark brown jacket. He has more of a Punk-y appearance with all the earrings and the spiked hair. Despite only appearing in a pretty naff cartoon, he and his sister, Sonia, appear to be pretty popular, or at least familiar with fans of the franchise. So yeah, this isn't very good, but I liked his appearance.
