How to Draw a Hellhound, Hell Hound

STEP 1.

The hellhound that you will be drawing is going to be done from the side. For the first step, just simply make a circle for the head, and then draw a neck line as well as the shape of the body which is an egg like shape. Next, draw a cone outline for the back end of the hellhound and proceed to step two.

STEP 2.

The next step is going to be based on getting the shape or outline of the hound's head sketched out. Take your time so it comes out nicely, and then draw in the horns that are a lot like a ram. The lining for the horns are sharp, and angled.

STEP 3.

The basic's for step three is going to entail getting all of the face drawn out. You will sketch out the eyeball first, and then sketch in the lining for the mouth, teeth, and fangs. The lining around the mouth should be sketched in a detailed manner. Draw the detailing lines on the horns, and then sketch in more definition on the skull for a head.

STEP 4.

Now that the complexity of the head is drawn in, we can get started with sketching out the front portion of the body. You can do this by sketching out the neck first, and then draw the bony body starting with the shoulders, front legs, and then draw the spike sticking out of the front part of the neck.

STEP 5.

Hellhounds have bodies that have to outer layers of skin. Instead their body muscles are fully exposed. Sketch in the paws like so, and then carefully take your time as you sketch in each section of fibroid muscle tissue all over the body. Draw in the spiny back neck like so, and move along.

STEP 6.

Continue to sketch out the hellhound's body like so, and then draw out the bony tail, back paws, and then sketch in the toe nails. You can probably clean up the mistakes now because you will be sketching in more of the muscle tissue.

STEP 7.

For the last drawing step, once again take your time as you sketch in the muscle tissue that is covering her body. It's very important that you take your time as you sketch in the tissue. Once you are done, erase any more mistakes that you made.

STEP 8.

When you are finally done with the drawing, you should have a nice sketch like the one you see here. Color in the beast to the best of your ability.

you can go to google and type in animated gif of anything you want (like "wolf" or "dragon" smile

, then after you search go to the side under "Any Size," click "Exactly...," and type in 50 x 50 pixels, save the file on your computer, then upload it as your profile pic on dragoart. I'm pretty sure that's not illegal... shrug
