We will be drawing him in a slanted style for added creepiness. Make a circle for the head and then draw in the facial guides for the face.

2

Using the facial guides you made in step one, sketch out the actual structure of Pennywise's head and face. As you can see he has a long well defined chin.

3

Begin sketching out the intense stare that Pennywise is giving you. The lining for the eyes should be darkened, bold, and kind of thick. Sketch in the crease for the eye lids, and then sketch in the detailing under the eyes as well as on the temples.

4

Sketch in detailing on his forehead like so, as well as on the bridge of his nose. When that is done draw the clown like nose but as you can see it's not perfectly round. Its more like an actual nose with nostrils. Sketch in the frown lines at the si

5

Next, draw the top gum line, and then draw in the sharp row of top teeth as well as the bottom row of teeth. Color in the inside of the mouth and then draw the lower lip line.

6

Sketch out the right side of Pennywise' neck and then draw in the crazy or wild hair strands that starts from the side of his head instead of the whole head. Take your time so the lining of the hair comes out perfectly.

7

Lastly, sketch in the other side of the hair and left side of the neck as well as the ruffled collar. Erase the lines and shapes that you drew in step one.

When everything is all cleaned up, you have yourself an awesome drawing of the monster from It. Thanks guys and I hope you enjoyed.

Description: Who remembers a novel or movie that consists of seven kids that belong to the ‘Losers Club’? I’ll give you a hint, they all grow up with messed up lives because their lives took a turn for the worst when they were adolescent kids. Bill, Ben, Mike, Eddie, Ritchie, Stan, and Beverly all share at least one exact thing in common; they have been terrorized by an evil clown that has taken over a town in Derry Maine. The clown doesn’t just haunt your dreams; he is also responsible for the disappearance and killings of children around certain areas. This monster is both very scary, and very heartless. He is from the imagination of one of my favorite writers and authors, Stephen King. As you know King is famous for conjuring up these weird, very imaginative monsters and characters that have insane personalities and wicked intentions. Anyways, this tutorial is going to be on a very popular figure from one of Stephen King’s popular novels turned movie. Today, I will show you "how to draw Pennywise", step by step. Pennywise the dancing clown is the name that the kids gave him due to the fact that they all had similar encounters with the creepy clown. The encounters start from a photo in Mike’s album and with every individual from the seven, he has reached out in a manner that suggests he is going to kill them all. Anyways, I didn’t want to go crazy and make it almost impossible to draw Pennywise, so I went ahead and did a simpler version so that everyone can have the chance to draw one of their favorite figures from the horror movie ‘IT’. Thanks for joining me once again guys, and remember to let me know if you like this tutorial by leaving comments, ratings, and faving. Adios mi amigos and try not to get too scared.
