How to Draw a Dove for Kids
Here is a very simple tutorial that I think you guys will like. As you know there are many different species of birds in existence and one of the ones that resemble peace, love and harmony is the dove. I do have a lesson on a dove, but not everyone can replicate from it because it is an old tutorial and the steps are not that understandable if you’re a novice or beginning artist. So here is a tutorial that will teach you "how to draw a dove for kids", step by step. The dove is one of my favorite birds and I think it’s because they are so white, and pure looking. The dove for kids is going to be super easy to replicate and I think you will find that there is a lot of uses for this type of bird in art. STEP 1.
Make two circle shapes of the same size and be sure that are joined together.
STEP 2.
Begin drawing out the head, beak, and the front part of the dove's body with one single line. The shape of the eye is the next thing to add as well as a nice long lash.
STEP 3.
Now it's time to draw out the wide spread wings, and when you are done here you can move to step four.
STEP 4.
You are almost finished with this drawing on how to draw a dove for kids. All you have to do is make the shapes for the legs, and then draw out the clawed feet which are slightly arched.
STEP 5.
Finish off your dove drawing by sketching out the tail in a fan like manner. When the tail is done you will need to erase the guides and mistakes that you drew along the way.
STEP 6.
Here is what the finished drawing looks like now that you are all done. Color in the dove and use it to your discretion. Great job guys!Comments: Post Comment
